High Intensity Stretching

Find your Flexibility.

  • For the stiff & the sore

  • For those who sit 8 hours a day

  • For anyone who's less flexible than they were last year

Are you more or less flexible than last year?

The bad news: this trend will only get worse as you age.

The good news: it's reversible.

But you already knew that. You just need to stretch.

So why aren't you doing that? What went wrong last time you tried stretching?

Let me guess:

  • You're too busy - you don't have time for three 60-minute yoga sessions every week between work and your social life.

  • The progress was slow and hard to see changes.

  • Your stretching took more time and energy from you than it gave back

  • You skipped a few sessions when motivation was low, and never stretched again.

In my 20s I felt stiff as a board from my office job.

I spent a decade trying and failing at different flexibility programs that all:

  • took hours a week (like yoga)

  • were expensive (because they relied on live group instruction)

  • didn't teach me how to stretch on my own time, towards my own goals (they taught routines, without the methods behind them)

I finally got flexible with High Intensity Stretching

There's nothing 'magical' about it. It just addresses all the pitfalls of common stretching methods with simple solutions.

So it actually works.

How it works:

We address the problems of common stretching methods, to build a practical, sustainable method from the ground up.

Instead of spending lots of time trying to stretch the whole body at once...

...we focus on one position (the front splits), working efficiently to see rapid, measurable progress

Instead of long sessions of light stretching...

...we do brief, potent sessions of high intensity stretching to build strength at the limits of your flexibility

Instead of losing motivation from immeasurable progress and struggling to fit in sessions on our busy lives...

...we we commit to 20 minutes of work per week, measuring progress regularly, building a habit that fits into our lives for as long as we want it.

Instead of blindly following a program you don't understand...

...we teach you HOW to program flexibility for any of your goals - and you learn by actually putting the theory to practice.

Instead of a rigid program that slowly consumes your life...

...we put lifestyle integration first, so you never bite off more than you can chew, so your practice amplifies your life. Because flexibility should be flexible.

Before Finding Flexibility:

  • Trapped in a stiff body

  • Chronically tight hips

  • Limited in sports and daily activities

  • Frustrated by lack of flexibility progress

  • Can't seem to find a stretching practice you can stick to

After Finding Flexibility:

  • Measurably deeper splits

  • Open hips that support your sports and active lifestyle

  • Have a bomb-proof stretching habit for mobility that lasts

  • Confident in being able to work towards any flexibility goal you desire

  • Found your flexibility through experimentation - a practice that suits you

FAQ

Why the Splits?

It's about time-efficiency.

As a Compound Stretch - working just this one position yields flexibility throughout the whole lower body. It's like the Squat of Flexibility.

As a Long Term Goal, you'll have room to improve for months to come.

Along the way, you'll easily touch your toes and beyond.

Finding Flexibility also teaches you the method - so you can apply the same techniques and strategies to any other flexibility position in the future.

But you have to start somewhere.

What's the time commitment?

Finding Flexibility is a 10-week course - but I encourage you to continue the practice until you reach all of your flexibility goals.

The practice itself can be done in under 20 minutes per week.

This is split across 2-3 stretching sessions of 5ish minutes each.

That's the time commitment for the actual habit / hobby that will take you wherever you want to go with your flexibility.

In addition, each week there is a lesson to read & watch, which will take anywhere from 10-30 minutes depending on how fast you absorb information.

What equipment do I need?

All you’ll need to get stretching is:

  • two legs

  • some floor space

  • some soft padding for your knees (rug, towel, yoga mat)

  • loose or stretchy clothing with a larger ROM than your hips

  • a table, chair, coffee table, or couch to hold onto for balance

In addition to this, it’s very helpful, but not required, to be able to slide the front foot as you move into and out of the stretch positions.

If you have a tile or wood floor, then wearing socks works very well. Or you can use a towel, rug or T-shirt under the foot.

If you only have carpet, socks tend to work well. It’s not a huge deal, but the added friction will reduce the overall load of your bodyweight felt in the muscles we’re stretching, which changes the experience slightly.

What if I'm not naturally flexible?

That makes two of us! Welcome.

I had to work at it and build up from nothing as an adult, in my 30s.

This course is ideal for beginner to intermediate stretchers.

Finding Flexibility is designed for people like you and I, who didn't grow up in a gymnastics program.

We teach you how to progress as an adult, from wherever you are, to as far as you're willing to take it. Just a simple system that works, with a 20-minute time commitment to fit your normal, non-professional-athlete lifestyle.

If you already have the full splits, you probably also already have the underlying skills and knowledge of how to make consistent, life-long flexibility progress.

For everyone else - there's something in it for you.

Can't I learn this for free?

Yes - in fact that's what I did!

And you can access the first week's curriculum for free - just click the 'Start Today for FREE' button at the top of this page.

But I can save you a lot of trial and error (the years of time I wasted), and get you doing what works from day 1.

I have loads of videos on my YT channel showing the exact methods here - the problem is that YouTube is a poor platform for courses. You can't find the videos you need when you need them, and most importantly you can't have dripped content over a 10-week period.

It's important to consume lessons one by one, and actually spend a week doing the practice and applying what you've learned, rather than binging the whole method at once, thinking you've learned everything without actually having done anything at all.

I give out all the ideas for free on my channel and will continue to do so - but if it's deep learning and real progress you're after, the course is the way.

If you truly cannot afford the very-low price, drop me an email and I'll see how I can help you.

What if I don't improve?

Everyone who actually does the work and genuinely puts in the effort to improve improves.

But if for some reason you don't - I'll give you a full refund.

This course exists to help you - not just me.

Find your Flexibility.

So what's it gonna be?

Are you ready to take the first step on a journey to a fitter, more flexible you?

If not, I'm always putting out more quality flexibility content on YouTube for free.

And this program will be here whenever you're ready.
